Each Administrator account created by the Super Administrator corresspond to the head of the institution under the Master Institution. In other words, if this application runs in a dedicated server for a University, the Super Administrator is the head of the LMS for the University, while the Administrator account created by the Super Administrator is the head of each institution/college affiliated to the University.

Each Adminstrator can run their full fledged courses and examinations delivery systems for the students within the affiliated institution/college for a University. The database of every single Adminsitrator is unique to each other Administrator and no sharing of data is taken care between the institutions to maintain autonomy of each institution. However if the Super Administrator creates a Course, Subject, Content whether it is free or paid, can be shared with any adminstrator within the Super Administrator.
